Im only about 40 chapters in. This plot's a little...idk, I don't want to say confusing because I can more or less keep up, but its floppy. Like new characters coming in out of nowhere without any actual explanation of who they are until later. Like, "Oh, this person exists now." Also this is much more slice of life-ish than i expected?? Like the entire story is JUST the relationship, but I feel like even that part is lackluster so far. And the fact that theyre vampires rarely even matters, like it would possible to make almost the same exact story with them as humans. someone please tell me it gets better because i kind of close to dropping

UPDATE my honest review: finished the story, like i thought it continued to be sort of directionless throughout the whole thing. it's definitely not the worst plot but definitely not the best. for a lot of it was just reading like, "Where is this even gonna go?" of course there was that whole conflict with jaekyung (is that his name?) and stuff, but that entire thing kinda felt like a worse-executed version of the conflict in Back To School. the main relationship also got lowkey toxic towards the end, and i really didn't like how most characters ended up being tamer versions of the antagonist (violent, overly possessive, etc). it sort of made it hard to like anyone besides blondie and the dude who got the bite marks tattooed on his neck. also I cannot be the only one who thinks that Jaejin as a character was unecessary?? like yeah i get it but i think that the dog part was enough to show that Haejin had vampire trauma
