I don’t think so. Satowa is still the heiress of the Hotsuki Group which has many powerful allies. She can neither be bought nor threatened easily. Remember this: their target is Chika, NOT Satowa whom they don’t know. The most that Uzuki can do is to break the Koto club’s dynamics via Momoya but I doubt that Momoya will go along with his insidious plan. He has finally found his niche in the club.
I know that they might do something despicable to break Chika’s spirit though.
