Yes. But in here if alpha bite omega eventually the bite will gone. But if omega bite an alpha their bite will lock the alpha. So basically the alpha only can have sex with the Omega that mark him. But the Omega still free and can bite another alpha

I don’t think so. I just skimmed through the raws and the man Keith was in pain because of erectile disfunction if he isn’t doing it with the one that marked him (Yeon woo) so I guess an omega can’t revoke back the mark. Also the marking apparently is on the ears now not the nape. :))
Exactly,i'm on chapter 42 and there's no explanation about revoke the bite so far.
