yeah. i remember my older sis got accidentally pregnant when she 18. and when the baby is still a month old my sis started to go out with someone amd started to neglect her son.. so me as the second oldest i exp.being a mom when i was like 15 yrs. old? staying up all night feeding the baby. i remmber one night when my sis is not in the house and my mom is in the hospital coz of my grandma and my dad is also out drinking. i was actually crying that time coz idunno wat to do ,the baby is crying so hard ╥﹏╥ ....now hes 7 yrs old hes calling me mama instead of aunt.(▰˘◡˘▰) so yeah i can understand my sister now.
yeah, people usually say a baby is a blessing, what people do not know is the perpective of some of the teenage moms in which they consider it a heavy burden and shame how much more when its a single teenage mom, the burden the mother would feel multiples. the baby never had any fault to begin with, its just that, it is hard for some to accept the baby wholeheartedly and abortion is a very cruel decision and the mother might forever be guilty about it another reason in which it is very dangerous.
it is easy for some who do not know the mother's situation that when the mother is neglectful they are shameful and frowned upon. but when they experience it themselves they would find it as just hard themselves to be responsible.
this is a heavily debatable topic so i would like to say again that this is merely my opinion.
The best thing about this webtoon which many people did not realize is that it is actually very much realistic, teenage moms don't have it easy, they still feel the youth which they should be having and yet forced to conceive, teenage mom may not necessarily love their kids as much since while they are a mother already, they still long for the youth which their peers are experiencing. it may be neglectful of the mother, but that's her choice. teens are forced to make a choice during their teens in which they conceive a child. this can mostly relate to modern times. THAT IS WHY, this story is very good as it has a very different approach towards early pregnancy.
