I thought the same but i think that the one being discharged was Jungwoo. He wants to give the apartment to Hyung idk about his parents, anyway this part is so sad how can they beat them up? Wtf

No way! I need to know what happened why is hyung still at uni? he wasn't that far from graduating (I think) or was he 20?
I didn't understand what Jungwoo's dad meant with "You aren't even making a deposit to those people who beat you up and you want to give them something." Or something like that, it's like... he has to give to hyung parents money for the trouble? what's that?
