Well some people must be pretty stupid if they think it is okay to rape people just because it is portrayed in Manga? (⊙…⊙ )

no, i didnt mean it like that,
what i meant was, portraying rape with 'love' just normalises the idea of it.
like, 'its no big deal if they are together and happy in the end'
or 'it isnt rape if they are lovers/married' or 'it isnt rape if the rapist loves the other side (and the other side falls in love eventually)'

i dont think anyone would think its okay to rape people because of manga, but it covers up and normalises the idea of rape and how horrible rape actually is. and since target group of bl mangas are usually young girls/women, some may think its no big deal if their lover doesnt stop when they dont want it.
