Same with me but in the novel, it said that the children were born from magic and to get pregnant the "mother to be" has to ingest something that allows them to get pregnant as they are still men but once ingesting the thing (I don't remember what it was) they are capable of pregnancy. Plus the birthing is also through magic and not their butts so that's a plus ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
