This a public comment section of a story. People are going to express hatred towards a character, especially one that's as frustrating as the ML. They're not complaining about the book itself. His character isn't meant to be likeable, so it's no surprise people will complain about his stupid actions.

You said to stop complaining. They're expressing hate through complaining about the character, and like I said, it's a public comment section. People will share their feelings, reaction, thoughts towards a story.
but its fiction you guys!! getting mad at a fictional manhua won't change it at all and we are all adults here or at least not dumb to understand that none of this is desirable for anyone and we won't let it happen to us in real life.
stop complaining about it and drop if you dont like or just enjoying as what it is
