It's much better than the norm. The main character is not a Super Powerful Wonder Woman Mary Sue able to eat the world just because of plot armor, and the ML is an actually nice guy who is happy to wait for her and giver her space when she asks for it and doesn't push his feelings unto her at every opportunity like he's God's gift to women (shocking, I know). It's slow-burn for sure, but it's real nice.
