The game's actually pretty easy to play.. and if you can sacrifice your sleep for 11 days.. no, actually 10 days.. you can look up the time schedule of the chatrooms.. also you can look up even the replies you want to send to avoid getting bad endings or going on someone else's route.. so hope this helps ^^

You can play it without sacrificing your sleep schedule and you are not obligated to participate on every chatroom. If you want, you can follow walkthroughs so you know which chatroom you wanna do

It's just you have to minimize the missed chatrooms up to two. At least that's all I know that would keep the story from bad ending.
What I do is I checked the time schedule and open the app when the next chatroom will start (e.g. 1pm and then 3 pm. I open the app 15 mins before 3pm to prevent missing the chatroom). I made a timeline to minimize the time I use from playing. But I always miss the chat from 1-5am time. It's a matter of handling and organizing your sleep if you really want to play the game

I tried to play the game and I can't I don't even know how the game even work and there's no way im gonna sacrifice my sleep for the game but when I saw people playing it , it's sooooo tempting
