The art for sure, but I don't know regarding the dialogues or the plot since I haven't read yet. Remastered is sort of a remake.
The artstyle indeed is different but I believe there will also be a slight shift in the sequence events. For example, the third party has more significance in the Remastered version compared to the OG. As of now, Remastered is still ongoing and the raws seem to be in a hiatus so we are not completely sure whether the author will drastically change the plot or not.
I highly recommend you to read the OG because, like me, similar criticism express how the art style to Fools OG is way better than Remastered. If you've read Love or Hate you will realise the similarity of its characters to the Remastered so readers seem to agree that it's somewhat weird
