I'm talking about the guy from ch.4 p. 4 glasses guy who looks like he was in a fight. I googled the guy @kitora mentioned and it probably is him, Iruma Jyuto. Unfortunately I'm not into rap, so won't watch, but what I wrote about him being hot still stands.
