idk I think its more the fact that he knows that she wants the treatment but I can't think of any other reasons.
he can't be thinking about her having children with another man to make her happy since he's so adamant on them staying together, nor the fact that he wants to give her an impossible hope about conceiving a child with him since he doesn't want to lie to her

It's because ML knows she won't get pregnant with his baby even tho she would get treated. (Because of the incest bloodline thing)
He want her to get treated because he's worried that there's something wrong about her health. Cause not having a period is not normal. It can be a health problem. His actions makes sense because he cares for her. There's nothing wrong with him wanting her to be healthy.
