What I like about this dark story is that all the rapists faced the consequences of their actions. It was so satisfying to see them dying, even thought Kang Mu is a psycho murderer, he was still on the "good sides" because he killed people who totally deserved it. But here, even if it was a threat, he was deadass serious. And Kirin knows that he is, that he could do it, but he'd accept it anyway? He'd be just as bad as those guys he wanted to kill but like even worse than them since he's also a psycho and murderer etc. In this story, rape is worse than murders because all the murders were justified and well deserved. But now he'd contribute to the gang-rape of an innocent girl ? Idk, even if it's a threat, it just show that he's actually not better than those we all wanted to see dead.

Also, It's because I love this story and because I'm invested that I have this opinion. And I'm perfectly aware it's fictional, that's why I'm ok with murders.
The girl je threaten to gang rapeis the daughter of Mrs Hong. Mrs Hong son is the one who initiated the gangrape on Kirin's sister. That's why he say, maybe she should experience it from the victim's point of view. Because the mother has no remorse and still thinks his son is right and the girl who gangrape is someone who ruined her son's life even after he initiating a gangrape.
Also being so far in the story, we should already know Kang Woo is an extremely good actor. He says one thing and does another. He already thinks those people who gangrape are scum, it doesn't make sense if he really take action on this. And also people who say Kang Moo doesn't have morals are wrong. He have a sense of right and wrong. He just doesn't have empathy towards others. That is why he is happy when he comes across people who are evil, which gives him a good reason to kill. If he doesn't have morals, he can just pick some random person and kill them just to satisfy his urge.

I hope it was a bluff and she didn't/won't get gang-raped. I wouldn't be disappointed with Kang Mu because he's literally a psycho who doesn't feel compassion so it's not like I'm expecting anything from him. But if Kirin keeps being in love with him, even after knowing that, I'd be seriously disappointed with him. Because he wanted to have revenge on those who gang-raped her sister but he'd be head over heels for a guy who put an innocent girl in the exact same situation ? Falling for the one who avenged your sister and killed those assholes who abused her (and other girls, and also you) is one thing but falling for someone who organized the gang-rape of an innocent girl who would have the exact same trauma as the sister you wanted to avenge ?
