I understand y u don't like him and that's totally fine, but to me I didn't like him before now I like him a lot more now, probably because I'm into more sadistic semes

It seems you either don't understand SM relationship dynamics, or you don't like them (which is fine; everyone has different tastes). What Kurose is doing may seem like abuse on the surface, but it's actually therapy for Shirotani. As someone who has GAD, a confronting approach to treating triggers and phobias is how actual therapists help you deal with them. In order to understand and appreciate this mangas depth you have to be educated in BDSM relationships and also psychotherapy (especially related to anxiety disorders). I can tell sensei has done a lot of research for this manga, as she portrays the both the SM and anxiety mindsets more accurately than I've seen in any other manga. There are a couple discrepancies (like how flippantly exposure therapy was treated in earlier chapters), but this manga is still very well done.

Hi! I don't particularly hate Kurose (my entire hate is for the feminine character also known as "the bitch"), but i also find strange his methods to treat Shiro. I understand that for people with phobias is usual to make them confront their fears, but even in my ignorance i doubt that fuck with the patient is consider very ethical. At least that´s what i know, maybe it depends on the patient, or is he testing a new method? ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍ For now it seems to be working, so i have no complains but i understand your point of view

I do understand SM relationships, since I'm actually into one and I'm very open about it. The problem is, Shiro is NOT comfortable with it, and when you force a person to do something sexual you are raping them. However, I have not studied psychotherapy, so I cannot comment regarding that aspect. Anyway, I do understand how a PTSD works, and if it was me in the elevator who asked for help and the other person had tricked me into submission, I swear... that's not fair play nor ethical. I cannot tell if this is going to 'save' Shirotani or help him out, but I can tell that he's being manipulated and I do not like it.
Still, thank you for answering me. It gave me a different point of view and I can read the manga now without feeling so bad for Shiro (︶◡︶)

I think there're some things we have to keep in mind when reading Ten Count.
1 ) We don't know anything about Kurose. Well, maybe knowing something wouldn't change anything, but maybe not.
2 ) Kurose said to Shirotani that their relationship couldn't be doctor and patient because he has feelings for him, and in fact, since the first chapter, he 's "helping has a friend" not as a professionnal ( just telling this for everbody who's angry because Kurose isn't really professionnal ).
3 ) Kurose is a humain being and as a human being he made mistakes. The author made obvious when his behaviour helps Shirotani and when it make things worst. There're chapters where it's normal for us to be ill-at-ease.
I think their relationship is quite unusual but still logical. Shiro needs someone to push him out of his..I will said "armor" ( not the word I want but I don't know the english word) and the fact he don't really want to be separated from Kurose means that he's at least unconciouslly aware of that.
Last thing and I stop destroying english language : what is so great about Te Count is that everything eventually makes senses, so things will be clearer with time. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Okay, here's the deal: When I read this manga for the first time, I fell in love with Shirotani as my heart filled with empathy and worry. Then, this apparently nice guy turns up to help Shiro, but he turns out to be a manipulative bastard who is taking advantage of his position and Shirotani's weaknesses to abuse him both physically and mentally? I will finish the manga because I want to know how everything ends, but I hate the relationship between those two. Just my opinion.
