Maybe they worry that if you just hang out with your sibling/cousin all the time, your horizons won't expand. Meeting different people with different view points is important for mental growth.

You all thinking about sexual/social problems but its probably because blood relatives fight for real all the time, physically. You dont do that to strangers, but holy shit me and my brother, he is 2 years older than me, it was pretty much UFC 24/7. We love each other btw, we would made up 10 mins later still, its problematic for the school.

IKR? Ive never won a fight against my brother, I was always the one more beaten up at the end(to be fair I am younger) still Id always go for it lmao, He did get punched a lot too so that was enough for me lol.
i almost killed my little sister once when we were fighting in the bathroom (I ALMOST and it wasn't my intention)

I have 5 siblings. We all shared rooms throughout our childhood. (2 to a room) Never fought, at least physically, so I never thought of that issue...
