Help me find this manga

The main character is a boy with fire power. The world kinda in chaos because suddenly some people get power. The main character has a friend that actually will be his enemy, this friend got a really op power, he literally can touch something into.. nothing? Like every thing he touches (or maybe not even need touching, but kinda like range attack? I don't really remember) will disappear.
