she's afraid of living the same life as her mother and she throws hate towards shuli because she thinks that shuli might threatened her position in the mansion. this is solely my opinion so idk if it's true.
I think this just showed the reason why she did that to shuli and became a biatch and Villanes in the making in the previous timeline.

Yes the future definitely changed. In the current timeline she is a good girl i forgot why, but i guess its because she got involved with the neushweinstein family early on.
