Thank god! Cause I was rooting for the teacher and I was scared that he was a creep!(no matter the revenge, please refrain from touching highschoolers)
Also, I think he’s gathering evidence of all the bullying, cause I think there’s a camera on his tie! Maybe he was the one that records the bullying to show that it exists, not perpetuating it! He isn’t actively making people bully, he just acts like how the teachers he had did to him to show everyone that bullying is happening in schools and that t can get really bad!

I feel bad for him for what he went through but he gives off weird vibes. He just keeps getting more sus as time goes by but if it turns out the way you’ve guessed then I think I’ll start to see him as more decent again lolol
Idc how bad those people treated him, getting revenge on them by causing harm to unknowing kids is not the way to go. If it turns out he’s been turning a blind eye to gather evidence then I might not hate him but I definitely don’t like the method he chose to use
