pretty much all action so far. I think they are slowly adding in tiny bits of romance bc the novel does have it in the later chapters (fro what i've read in spoilers)

I think it's gonna be Romantica if there was a real outcome. To be honest, I don't think he's gonna end up with anyone
from what i remember in the spoilers it said he ends up with adjest in the novel. BUt the author of the comic leans way more towards romantica so they might diverge from the novel so that romantica is end game
