Kay is an ass

Anyone defending Kay because he's FBI and that somehow puts him above doubt ---> nah. He's toxic, and he gives a sh*t about Yoon.
1.) He wears a badge, is with the FBI and still goes and introduces his PART TIMER to the most dangerous man in the world, without hesitation.
2.) He disappears without a trace, leaves Yoon with the idea that he got eaten by coyotes, and to top it all off, left evidence behind that could get Yoon killed.
3.) He's manipulative as f*ck. Trying to exploit Yoon's fears in order to make him agree to carry a suspicious object that, if found by Vasya, will get him killed.
4.: Tries to persuade him to attach said suspicious object to the most dangerous man in the world, knowing full well how scared Yoon is, thus putting him into harm's way. WITHOUT FLINCHING.

Say what you want. Vasya might be a psychopath, but at least he's not lying about his motives, or desires.
