Nah well in irl, you can have intersex people with both sexual organs but they are all infertile and cannot reproduce. To date, there hasn't been any man or woman that has the ability to give birth or impregnate respectively. And most commonly, with intersex people (hermaphrodites), they will have upper body female and lower body male or vice versa but no complete womb. It's part of how the genetics work.
Their is (maiavalenic) on tiktok she is pregnant and was born a male she explained it on her tiktok. It's rare but doesn't mean its never happened. She still hasn't had the bby, but hopefully she will giving birth to a healthy bby since she intends to keep it.
