The epilogue is what happened in their first life not what will happen in the second life. Otherwise she would not have mentioned how she thought they were a distant family. Therefore, what this chapter meant was that in the first life the reason why she said what she did was because she was afraid she would be abandoned like her mother was if Shuli (FL) stayed. Her hurtful words were what pushed Shuli to leave early without saying goodbye to the kids and thus meet her death by bandits(?) and then Shuli went back to the past for her second life.

This was just really awesome, interesting, and heartwarming especially with the childrens and how the FL made up for the things that happened in the past. I was just keeping up with female’s romance/love life and had three candidates for her(including the crown prince, Nora and Jeremy). The crown prince(I forgot his name) seems pretty desperate for her attention and love, which makes it adorable when he stills tries to get her love even after a failed confession.Nora is just an cute cinnamon roll whenever he smiles or express any emotions, which makes him look like a sweet softboy.While Jeremy wants to assist the FL and he’s pretty helpful guy near her, which makes him pretty awesome.ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
But after seeing the epilogue, I took Jeremy out...I have a feeling that the Epilogue is what is going to happen in the future of her second life during the blonde’s marriage(I forgot her name), because the blonde brought up his past personality and he said “I fought with Shuli(stepmother)” with a more ‘I need advice’ face.But as I remembered from her first life, I don’t think that in her first life they were that close, plus she noted in the beginning that Jeremy avoided/ignored her.In the epilogue, Jeremy seems to be more comfortable with the blonde and her personality changed a bit to a more carefree one.(づ￣ ³￣)づ
