Low-key I feel bad for the OG Violet, she was in a loving relationship with the Duke but because some mf simped over her and tried something which the Duke just so happened to see, the Duke ended up abandoning Violet and soon after the Duke falls for the princess. Like if the Duke had at least tried to understand Violet and actually talked to her and not outright rejected her saying he "couldn't handle her" maybe Violet wouldn't have ended up becoming a violent villainess and killing herself.
The only thing I'm happy about tho is that

Apparently after the OG Violet dies in this timeline (where she's possessing princess) she ends up in the MCs original body back in korea and meets up with a man who's name and appearance match the Duke who has a wheelchair bound sister (who apparently wrote the novel she originates from) and she basically ends up with that man
