no he was born a male but he can get pregnant he is like an omega but without the heat and stuff
No he wouldn't be considered trans since he has male genitals and considers himself male, he just has a uterus and ovaries but no vagina. He could possibly have something similar to Müllerian duct syndrome which is what I just described. :)

You can look up "intersex". It's very rare and can apply to people born as males or females. They may have internal sexual reproductive organs of the opposite sex that you can't tell on the outside just by looking.
