Base on my understanding of the raws and also the comments, Medea and the red haired dude ended up dating. But! It's a fake relationship, because the red head lost the bet and Helio was so cute too he looks so troubled(≧∀≦)

That's not really true. Medea and Perion make a deal to work together to take down Eros. The part that looked like they were getting chummy was just a small act to get away from the townspeople and live up to what the townspeople percieve Medea as - a woman who has many men. But, they are not fake dating or anything. And Helio was sad because he wants to be the closest to Medea, even when she works with more people like Perion.

And the comments said something about Medea having a rumor and now another as dating a commoner so yeah that's when I thought oh? So are they dating? But fake?
