I don't think so. The art style looks totally korean and the names are, where's the proof? If you look at the background art too, all of the buildings have signs and everything with korean, which is something that wouldn't be changed by translators. (Ch 35 pg 2 for reference, Ch. 37 page 2) So doesn't look like it to me at all. I didn't even read this manga and only clicked on it to look at the comments, but because of your post I went in to find those. I have receipts so where is yours.
Also, even the name of this author is Lee Dae-pal, that's clearly a korean name. Where the hell did you get that conclusion?
