I think it's around chapter 500 give or take a few chapters. I'm still reading and haven't caught up to this point in the webtoon, but dang are there some difference and missing information o_o I'm addicted to the novel!

Ha! Found it! In the middle of chapter 524 [or 523 depending on the novel translations]. I look between two sites it's 523 on one and 524 on the other, but it's in the middle where the ending of this chapter of the webtoon leaves off at!
