I mean because mine is super irregular I still don’t really get used to the idea of using pads. And maybe what she needs is longer ones instead of thicker ones because she only stains when she lying down so it could be that it runs down and goes onto a place that doesn’t have a pad. But I don’t know

Nah it depends on the flow trust me. I have heavy ass flows and like those 12 hour long ones last like 2 hours and then I need to change them again. When I go to school on the first few days of my period I legit have to keep asking my friend to check my pants for me since we have uniforms and leaks will be very visible. But like yea I change my pad every 2 periods Bc of how heavy it is and it just suckssss
