And if candy is there for business or anything, why not telling Hajun? He cannot explain that either
He doesn't have the tag on bcs blondie has it (i don't see the tag in the next chapter at least) and he can lie with that cringy phrase of "i missed you" or smth stupid. But you have to protect your cover at any costs...or at least that's what they say in movies and books...

Hajun gets mad and i believe he thinks the blondie is harassing Candy bcs he punches him. Candy protects the blondie and i think Hajun feels like betrayed or smth bcs he looks sad and angry. They made up with each other and kith, tho
I'm not hating on the MC, Red Candy is a webtoon I really enjoy but again, Candy doesn't act like an agent idk, for the sake of the mission he has to let the blondie get a bit beaten up and pretend and lie...for the sake of the mission, the one the world's future depends on, as an SSS agent...you have to let the man die with the fault. But yeah for the sake of the yaoi, let's forget the original plot lmao
