I mean...at this point we have seen and should know that all 'fixing' etc is done through sexual means, he might not have been actually trying to find out if they were 'assimilated' but more to check on the curse since that seems to be the only way they are 'curing' that, and at the end of the day if a divine being shows up to a person who is divine being fearing/worshiping they aren't going to say no.
Yeah that whole scene made nooooo sense. We don't see the glass things taken out. I think they already were the moment Banam healed Rix' clothes. So it looks like he's just prodding Rix' ass to check for a connection with Nuah. (We did have Nuah getting a weird feeling in his belly before, maybe that was it?)
But tbh I think the author just wants Rix to be touched by everyone or something
I dont mind that everything needs to be done through sexual activities. I dont mind that just means its a story focused on sex. But i think that the author should atleast give reasons. As i said, if Banam explicitly said (it could have been his thoughts though) that he needs to do that to check the assimilation and also give some reasons as to why its importsnt to check it. That'd be all good.
And if it was explained why Rix is just letting things happen as if its normal.
Also i dont think Rix worships divine beast to the point of just handing his ass. Atleast thats not what was shown.
And even if Rix was somehow hypnotized by Banam's aura or whatever. It doesnt seem he forget anything so why is he not questionning what heppened afterward?
For me thats a huge issue because it feels like the author added the scene but didnt have any explanation for it so they just moved on

Ok so Banam fingered Rix to see if they were assimilated? But idk cant he do it another way? I'm pretty sure he is wise enough to understand that human's asshole is a peivate part.
But even worst than that, Rix didnt care at all. Like ... He acted like that was super normal.... Like ..... I know the author want everyone to play with Rix but just a few sentences and the plot wouldnt suffer so much. Sentences where Banam expicitly says that the only way to see assimilation is through sexual pleasure (btw shouldn't he go for the dick though?) and also why is it important to know about the assimilation? And idk Rix could have been in a trance or something. But nope...everything happens and it just continues without any contexts.
