Doesn't the club president bf have someone he is also interested in? Like the person at the school camping trip. Wasn't the extra character saying something about breaking up and then club president bf didn't want to break up with the extra.
Sorry I could be wrong, I was confused on that scene about who likes who.
Someone please explain the president and his bf relationship to me? I am so confused if they actually like eachother or not.

I think the extra liked Itome (club president's bf) and so told Itome that he should break up with Akemi (the club president). I think Itome didn't take that too well and got angry at the extra becuase he didn't want to break up with Akemi.
I might be wrong but I think that the Minami guy which they mentioned in the latest chapter was Akemi's ex bf, and by the looks of it it seems as Akemi still has feelings for that ex (he probably has feelings for Itome too, but they aren't as strong as what Itome feels for Akemi)

I hate him,he has such a good and loving boyfriend which clearly doesn't like polyamorous relationship but still doing it for his bf and club spirit or whatever and president is still sad over his first love or whatever
