I think next year. There's a video on Genshin Impact's official youtube wherein they introduced Cyno, Dainsleif, Lyney and Lynette, and Iansan. I think next year since my brother said Dainsleif is coming out next year.

I seriously cant wait to see how mihoyo handles the game play of the lyn twins- im hoping they’ll play with the idea of them switching with each other as one game character rather than two separate ones, whether its based on symmetrical attacks for the two or you have a burst or skill to switch between the two
