anyway what i think is that she'd definitely be miserable af considering being a barren empress is basically being useless; all that effort into becoming royalty for naught just cause you're body can't handle it. and if hypothetically speaking she loved the emperor she'd also be jealous of him having a child with his concubine. imagine the embarrassment - the esteemed empress losing the right to the throne because of a concubine who gave birth to the emperor's child. so yeah, i do think patrizia would act unlike herself but not to the extent of empress alisa's actions.

am not sure but from what i could guess , since she was with the blonde girl during the test i think she got her teste mixed up with that girl, i beleive that girl is the one who's infertile she also seemed uneasy during the test if u remember, correct me if am wrong.
