If you know their name, you can use google search tool, simply search a user by typing “MangaGo Users [user name]” and hit search.
In the users profile you can select wether to follow, send mail or block a user. The follow button is orange and to the top right of the user page.

Just click their profile and scroll down until you find their pfp and bio. You will see the follow button right under the pfp
