No they are not. I am talking about chapter 2 (no idea about ch. 1 though).
For example: Between page 14 & 15 is one missing in the english version. It's page 15 in the japanese version. Check it out :)
There are no missing pages. I just checked the original Neko Neko Honey Manga Book that I bought a week ago. :)

I mean I am sooo thankful for the translations :D but I am simply wondering why some pages are skipped.
