Kutsuna, missing Ryou, goes back to America saying "[he's] looking for someone." When they finally reunite, he confesses first! He says "我喜欢你了" which means "I like you," could be seen as "I love you".
Oh whoops well.. Ryou I guess confesses first, cause he's like "想成為一個能被你爱上的人...!" Which is like "I want to be the person you can fall in love with!" Sorry, I'd already forgotten what I read by the time I first commented lolol.
