who decides or what makes a comment considered a spoiler? seriously I don't know ! here she got 22 answers and 0 annoying ! so i will say it depends on moods and such. perhaps? coz i have never considered a comment a spoiler unless it's have nothing with the manga and the news about the mangaka and log.
i don't think they prohibit spoilers here. i was just making sure cause some people tend to look at the comments before reading the manga to see if it got good reviews ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
"Spoilers" are technically whatever is part of a story that someone has not read or seen yet. Usually, we think of revealing a plot twist, but some people don't want anything before they read. I think most comment on content would be spoilers for new people.
Something like part of a novel that is not translated into English yet would usually have a "spoiler" warning (sorry--I had not thought when I mentioned it).
"Annoying" usually means: (1) people think you are a troll, (2) people disagree with you, (3) you personally bug someone (or perhaps they have a bug somewhere intimate and are taking it out on you), or (4) someone hit the annoying button by mistake (which is actually easy to do).
Some sites have "like" or "dislike" to upvote or downvote comments, and I think some people use it like that too. I have hit it by mistake (once on someone I actually disagree with, so I felt a little bad because I usually only "dislike" if it is off topic--much like you said).
When I wrote "Some sites" I should have said, "This site also has" like and dislike. I so need to edit before I hit post--I can never really see my post well in my browser before posting and we can't edit unless it is our topic.

In some places (like GoodReads, Amazon or books forums) any comment about content is supposed to have a spoiler warning or be in spoiler tags. I hadn't noticed it here. You actually have better netiquette.
what i mean that wicRed's comment or topic is not a spoiler at all. what's annoy me and spoil my mood the eternal perpetual endless question " when will the next chapter come out" for myself i read prior topics to try to find any news and infos.
WicRed was being considerate just in case someone was going through the comments without having first read the manga. There's nothing more frustrating than glancing at comments to see if a manga is worth the read and seeing something like, "OMG! NEVER DID I THINK X WOULD CHEAT ON HIM!!"
"When will the next chapter come out" is the #1 question you'll find on this site for any manga. Yes, it can be annoying-- especially if it was just asked a couple of questions down. You should address those comments directly rather than bringing this subject up on this thread.
if spoiler is to revealing any side of a story especialy viewfinder then I LOVE spoiler to the death! you can't imagine how i'm looking forward for any detail like crazy, when i found that asami live in the top, i said to myself if his enemies will attack him they will come from the sky in parachute or something like that, and when i read that the panic room has 3 entrances i was sure that it has an exit, I was doubtful about the fact that they are in safe room coz it's soundproof but they was able to hear assasins discussion, if anyone posted a spoiler to satisfy my curiosity before they post the new chap if could kiss him/her, I would have done it ! the other point don't affect me, they are free to hit the annoying button at their leisure, i am me and believe that the difference is a blessing and if they are taking it out on me i'm pleased that i help them to remove a overload on their hearts , i'am being nice here :D
I love spoilers myself. There are a few series where I always on the hunt for the raws, and then I beg people to give summary translations because I can't wait for the team to finish. At one point, I was using an image-to-characters program to try to pull characters out of raws that I could plug into Google translate. It did not end well.
