To anyone who's read both of the versions of kings maker, is the mature version the same manhwa + the seggsy time or is it just seggsy time or is it a whole new story more revolving around seggsy time?? I'm confused

mature version is the same manhwa + seggsy time but only of season 2

shounen ai version: s1, 2, 3
mature/yaoi version: s2
