Yeah exactly. and its a baseless argument purely contingent how they FEEL intuitively— it explains why they have bad reasoning for liking taku but slandering joowon
I feel like the author could have given joowon even more good points in the beginning as well, because he came off as obsessive sometimes and I could understand why it was hard for them to like him sometimes. But the story is over, no use in them complaining.
I agree. I think it's because the story was heavy on haesoo's perspective at the start and the author honestly did it purposely.
She wanted to show how Haesoo villainized Joowon and doubted his actions at every moment, thinking JW didn't love him, that JW just toyed around with him, etc... aka the "hate" of the love or hate lol --> both of which are emotions Haesoo directs towards Joowon.
if we were in joowon's head from the start i highly doubt anyone would want to treat him like the bad guy here
THIS EXACTLY!! OH MY GOSH COULDN'T HAVE SAID IT BETTER! not going to lie I was a taku stan but lord, if we just had a BIT MORE INSIGHT INTO JOOWON, we would all like him more!! Also if he would have let go of hawaii in that earlier chapter where he forced a hickey onto haesoo, man.. I just love consent to be honest !!
I feel like the reason most taku stand were quick to be a taku stan was bc joowon was his step brother. hmm
