This is my personal opinion, but I don't think there's anything much behind it. I mean, it's the usual "you're too low to be graced with my presence" cliche. And to prove his point, cooking or not, you're still below me.
Can't say that he's an amazing character tbh. We hardly know anything about him.

I know that Eizan can really cook..he's the 9th seat after all..but why go through all the trouble of being the bad guy? Is he doing it because of someone?
Eizan has already been introduced as an amazing character even in the beginning but his recent actions doesn't really make any sense..Is Azami involve??Ughhhh these are the times that I really want to time travel
