apparently yes,, and they usually use the person physical characteristics either they lean more towards the male or the female side and they can remove the other one if they decided to stick with one

I knew about having two gender is possible but in my biology class they said you can't live with both of them so they need to choose one or they might even die from it

yeaaa,, usually they choose which one fit the physical appearance,, if someone has more male gene(?) and appear more manly then they usually keep the male genital,, but yeahh i kinda feel bad tho,, seeing it here in a manga it’s kinda rare indeed
