yeah. other than the fact that eru thinks belgoat would hurt yeni, he's not sure if yeni really likes him. so i get the firm rejection. bur i hope they'll confess with each other sooner. bc im hurting right now i can't (╥﹏╥)

MC has been saying she likes ML this whole time but we all know in our hearts that the 'like' she says is not the 'like' Eru perceives it is-even 'insincere'(not quite the right term but something like same words but unequal emotions) as what he had seaid previously. By this time, we all know Eru likes her and have attachment to her but we can see in this chapter that MC just felt that 'feeling' for the first time when she said she likes him. She never looked at Eru as a 'man', and he knows that, that's why he's putting up boundaries.
