The baby isn’t his, she slept with the same guy (the guy with the first child) don’t know when but when she ran away she didn’t know she was pregnant. So probably cause of all the stress & shock she didn’t know & it didn’t show. **SPOILERS** Once our beautiful Empress gets married to best boy Heinley they consummate on a magic bed where she gets pregnant. Soveshit finds out she’s pregnant which creates doubt for the trash & the baby he demands a paternity & it goes downhill from there.
