Nope there's no differences between the yaoi one and this one storyline wise, the yaoi one is exactly the same just with smexy scenes
This one is actually shounen ai, and all the seasons are updated here. But the yaoi one is mature and exclusively season 2.
I am a bit confused
I've read part of the manga here and then read the continue with the yaoi parts. now it keeps getting updated here but I didn't see new chapters on the yaoi version and I don't know which one to read anymore
by the way is there any difference between the two versions other than the yaoi parts?
