I have two theories:
1) Mujin is Sura but he doesn't know he is and the demon/ god or whatever inside him possess him and does all that stuffs but then he doesn't remember.
2) Sura's lover is actually Mujin XD or maybe Cho( if Sura is a different person) and he's the mastermind and two of them are puppets
None of them make any sense don't mind I am sorry lol
But I love them haha cuz is freaking interesting plot that we have going on here!!!
