Actually, I was bothered by that too. As much as I love this manga, if he had been in love with him all these years and only wanted to hold him, why would he do it with anyone else?
Exactly! It was as if the mangaka only put that detail in just so the seme would be more experienced in sex. Mangaka-san didn't think through the other details which is kind of disappointing for me.
Yeah, it bothers me personally when mangas label sex with other people as "experience." I know this is just my opinion and others are welcome to disagree, but I think just calling it experience isn't respectful to and removes the individual people from the equation.
