If anything, he's probably comatose. Kurama must have used backup Chakra to ensure Naruto might stay alive, that or Kurama gave up a piece of his reincarnation to help him. Tailed Beasts always come back if they die...but if Kurama gives up some of that aspect, he may not return ever again. Hence Naruto MIGHT turn out alright...might being the key word.
If Naruto dies i might never stop crying. I might just become numb. I watched him grow from when he was a lil boy. Watched him suffer ad overcome so many obstacles. If he dies i wouldnt know what to do with myself.
