Okey, so I'm looking for this yaoi manga i've read like 12 times, yet cannot remember the name of and apparently haven't saved.
Pretty long manga, high school theme, uke is cute, naive and student counsel president and goes by Kokusai-san (I think?). Seme is supposedly mean-looking, a bit more jaded and vice prez. (Name might be Chiba if I'm not mixing things up)
The manga starts with Chiba staying over at Kokusai's place to protect him from a stalker.
