what s*cks is that he can't even do that bc the moment he starts spending it both vasya's mafia rival plus the fbi will use his expenditures to track him down and hound him. the blood money needs to be laundered first and thennn he can spend it however he wants.
what i'd do is not even touch it - who know what misery/bad vibes it has attached to it.
